Had a warranty issue with my 2019 XC90 hence contacted Marshall Volvo Leeds as I live in the vicinity. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shelly who was not only pleasant but thoroughly professional. She requested for me to bring the vehicle in to the dealership within 24 hours, and arranged a loan car on such a short notice! Very pleased with the service offered by her and her team and would highly recommend them.

Took my XC40 for it’s 1st service yesterday, I have to say what a fantastic experience, having had issues with the dealership that supplied the vehicle decided to take it to Marshall’s, what a completely different experience, received a call from the technician the day before to check the job card so I explained some issues that have been there since purchase, dropping off the vehicle was easy even in these difficult times. Later on I received a text with a link to a video of the visual inspection carried out by the technician explaining issues he’d identified and an explanation of the Action he planned to take to remedy them. Can’t thank the service team enough for how thorough they were. Finally after having the vehicle for 6 months it’s a pleasure to drive. Well done Marshall service team you have restored my faith in the Volvo brand 👍
Rang to book in a service and a small rattle that had developed for warranty work. Receptionist took my number and said the service team is busy and after taking my phone number down, I would get a phone call back. Never got the phone call back
I have called on two separate occasions regarding various issues with my car - one about recalls and one about a replacement part for my car. Both times I've been told I'd get a call back and never received one. Absolutely useless.
