Took my XC40 for it’s 1st service yesterday, I have to say what a fantastic experience, having had issues with the dealership that supplied the vehicle decided to take it to Marshall’s, what a completely different experience, received a call from the technician the day before to check the job card so I explained some issues that have been there since purchase, dropping off the vehicle was easy even in these difficult times. Later on I received a text with a link to a video of the visual inspection carried out by the technician explaining issues he’d identified and an explanation of the Action he planned to take to remedy them. Can’t thank the service team enough for how thorough they were. Finally after having the vehicle for 6 months it’s a pleasure to drive. Well done Marshall service team you have restored my faith in the Volvo brand 👍
Have just completed our purchase of an XC90 from Marshall. We found the premises clean and spacious, the staff helpful and friendly and everyone compliant with the social distancing and mask wearing rules. The salesman we dealt with, Ben Walsh, was excellent, polite, helpful and knowledgable about the Volvo range, despite all the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 regulations. We are very pleased with the car and found the buying experience here excellent.
Very poor service from this dealership, dont use. Tried to add £500 to the listed sales price and now not returning my calls regarding an issue with the vehicle. Shame really as the customer service was excellent when it was Harrats!
First visit and great experience. Had new brakes and software updates. Staff all very friendly and nice and efficient. Good experience.
They go out of their way to help. Brilliant service.
